We currently have a small monster.com clone job search website that employees and employers can use to post jobs and find a job. Also on this website We have a craigslist like classified section where these users can also post products they have for sale or to buy.
However, this website does not look very up to date graphically and visually, it does not draw the eye of my intended demographic and basicaly Wr need someone to improve the current website. And We need the website updated and improved in a short time period.
